• Uniqueness: All our jewelry items (bracelets, charms, etc.) are handmade. Therefore, slight variations in color, size, and bead pattern may occur.

• Display: We make every effort to display the colors of our beads as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

Pricing and Payments

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

• All payments must be made through the available payment methods on our website. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed (for online payments) or verified (for COD).

• Processing Time: Since our jewelry is handcrafted with care, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.

• Shipping Charges: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,999. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges will apply at checkout.

• Delivery Time: Depending on your city and location, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

• Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. The Beading Sisters will not be held responsible for any delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address.

Return & Refund Policy

At The Beading Sisters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, our policy is as follows:

• Personalized Items: Bracelets featuring specific names or custom designs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the item is received in a damaged condition.

• Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a damaged parcel, you must contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24-48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos or a video of the damaged product. We will arrange a free replacement for you.

• Change of Mind: If you are not satisfied with a non-personalized item, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. The amount will be transferred to your provided account (EasyPaisa/JazzCash/Bank) within 5 to 10 working days.
